String Theory

I'm one of those types that's always freezing.  It can be 80 degrees outside and I'll be in jeans, a long-sleeve top, and carrying a shawl.  When I came upon String Theory, I was so ecstatic!  Meghan Price and Lysanne Latulippe offer luxurious knits and wovens in modern patterns in black and white; just what I like!  These ladies are also lovers of textile technology, math, and art, which obviously shows in their amazing works.

Pixelate Scarf
The scarf is amazing! I love the highly detailed imagery and how soft it is.  It also comes in a shawl, which hopefully I'll have by my side this winter!

How to Knit Scarf
Being the textile dork that I am, I adore this!  It's actually a woven scarf, but with a print of a knit.  How cool, right?!

Chevron Shawl
This actually just black and white, but looks grey and charcoal.  Other than the nifty weaving tricks, I love the simple, yet underused chevron pattern.  I could imagine this would be great for traveling.

Be sure to check out the other styles from String Theory!
