The Extravagance of Simplicity

Fashion initially grasped my attention because it was a world of fantasy.  Regardless of what was going on in the world (or my world for that matter), fashion was a continuous source of excitement, drama, and lots of sparkle.  As I've grown older and thoroughly delved into the 9-5 routine, I've realized that although beautiful, the embellished designs don't work for everyday wear.  As of late, I've been drawn more toward simple silhouettes, clean lines, and low maintence looks.  I've realized that I may be giving up the high glitz style, but the minimalist look still exudes its own extravagance.
